1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer standard and express shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - $5.99
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - $12.99
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $100

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times. Standard international shipping rates apply:

  • North America: 7-14 business days - $24.99
  • Europe: 7-15 business days - $29.99
  • Asia & Australia: 10-20 business days - $34.99
  • Africa: 5-12 business days - $19.99
  • Rest of World: 10-25 business days - $39.99

* Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made African attires require additional processing time. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before shipping. You will receive updates throughout the process.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply to certain regions. If you encounter any issues during checkout, please contact our customer service team.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
