Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Underwear, bodysuits, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards and downloadable products
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at returns@florecersplace.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package your item securely with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship the package to the provided address
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged during shipping or if we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we've received it. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
For size exchanges, please ensure you check our size guide before placing a new order to avoid additional return shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@florecersplace.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
